10 ancient practices that modern medicine uses

Chinese medicine, visceral therapy, and ritual shamanism are often considered pseudosciences. But in fact, these are very ancient practices that have existed for thousands of years. However, due to the increased interest in them around the world, scientists are currently conducting a huge amount of scientific research to try to discover whether there is truth in this strange ancient knowledge. Thanks to advances in technology, scientists can now study the brains of people who actively practice meditation or undergo acupuncture procedures to shed light on what is happening in the brain and body.
1. Acupuncture
Although the ancient method of inserting needles into the skin at key points is thousands of years old (the first documented mention of it dates back to 100 BC), it is still widely used in China today to treat the root causes of diseases, in contrast to the symptomatic approach of Western medicine.

However, acupuncture is quickly gaining acceptance around the world, and the UK national health service has found that acupuncture stimulates the body to produce pain-relieving endorphins.

More than 3,000 clinical studies have been conducted examining the benefits of acupuncture in the case of a huge number of diseases and conditions. The results showed a significant reduction in pain, improved mobility, and improved “quality of life” in General.

3. The sound therapy / music therapy
